Care and Warranty

All of our pieces are created using 925 sterling silver, rose gold filled and gold filled.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, please keep your jewellery away from perfume, hairspray, fake tan, lotions, chemicals, swimming pools, showers as much as possible, this will prolong your jewellery and will be kept in the best possible condition. 

Please store your jewellery correctly when not wearing, and out of direct sunlight.
If required, the silver can be cleaned by using a silver polishing cloth, or by gently using a soft toothbrush with soapy water.

Any faulty products will be repaired under your 12 month warranty, with valid proof of purchase.  Any accidental damage to your jewellery can be repaired for just a small fee.
