Delivery information

We offer free standard delivery in the UK on all orders over £40.00.

UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail. We also have an option for special delivery which will cover your package up to £500. This is strongly recommended. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Most handmade orders will be despatched within 1 week, personalised orders can take up to 10 days, if your order is urgent then please contact us and we can try our best to ship to you sooner.

We offer free delivery overseas on all orders over £70.00. 

International packages will also be sent by Royal Mail tracked and signed for to ensure you receive your package safely. Delivery can take upto 7 working days overseas.

We will not accept any responsibility if any tax/ custom charges are applied once your package has been received in your country.
