Any information provided by you is securely stored on our server and is presented to you on successful login. All of this information (including passwords) may be updated or changed only by you. 

No payment information (e.g. credit card details) is retained by the server. If you have subscribed to the Newsletter option, we may contact you to advise you of special offers, new products, events and services which may be of interest to you.

We only hold your information as long as your account is open. We do not hold any bank information or passwords. You have the right to legally remove any information at any time. Once requested, all information will be removed from our server within 28 days. You have the right to unsubscribe or legally delete your information at any time.

If you wish to have this information removed from the server, then contact Customer Support by email at info@neavejewellery.co.uk. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm deletion. If you have any complaints, you have the right to contact the ICO.
