We hope you love your Jewellery!

Unfortunately due to items being custom made we will not be able to refund any items.

We are also unable to offer returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If faulty please send back to us for a repair under your 12 month warranty and we will reimburse postage costs. If your 12 month warranty has expired, we can repair for a small fee.

Please make sure you read the description of each item carefully, take note of sizes and any other important information and make sure you are happy with your purchase before you place your order.
